I bought two fresh lobster tails sometime last week, and as soon as I got home, I froze them. On Monday, I thawed them thinking I was going to cook them that night, but unfortunately didn't. I placed them back in the refrigerator and want to cook them now. What are some signs that they may no longer be good? I did notice that some meat had blue-ish light color close to the shell. Could that be a sign?
