whats a good language app for Symbian N8?

i have a nokia N8 but so far my search of ovi suite has come up short in finding a proper app to teach japanese on the phone like there are in android phones or for the iphone. i was wondering if anyone knew a good japanese language app for the N8 or a way to get the other types of apps to work on the symbian operating system.

to be more clear a app to teach japanese as a language, rather then a app creation language such as java as im not intrested in creating the app just running it on the symbian os, though if there is a way to get a java host that will run android apps/iphone app on the n8 then that would also be cool if anyone knew where to find it :-)
