Rob Lowe or John Stamos would be the best replacements maybe even Charlie's brother Emilio Estevez would be a better fit than Corey Feldman.

The guy hasn't done anything decent since he was a teenager - there's plenty of reasons why that's the case.

He would be alright. I also heard Matt Dillion and John Stamos, I think they would be good. But also heard Jenny McCarthy, which I probably wouldn't watch the show anymore (I find her very annoying).
