How to change the coolant temperature sensor from a 1996 chevrolet s10?

first of all a mechanic will charge an arm and leg to do something so simple. i found one of the sensors but cant find the other one. I found the one on the front under the radiator hose. Cant find the other sensor that sends the info to the computer they told me its on the block but they weren't specific enough. Thanks for the responses.
