Can you use an AT&T phone with your Rogers sim card?

I've heard that if you're with Rogers you can get an AT&T phone and just put your Rogers sim card in it. Does anybody know how this works and if you need to do anything special to get it to work?

    Thanks

If you want to use your Rogers sim card on your AT&T network locked phone means,Make sure your AT&T locked phone is unlocked. If it's locked means, you will need to unlock it.For unlocking you can approach your service provider or else try to buy an unlocking service from any one of the online unlocking service provider like ProUnlocking.com I hope it will be very useful to you.
