What's animes are there that have 3 main characters which are girls?

Magic Knight Rayearth (I love that show!) has three main girl characters. One is a fiery red-haired character with the power of, you guessed it, fire! There is a shyer, gentler character who has blonde hair, she wears green, and her power is Earth. The other character is a tsundere character, blonde, and she wears blue. Her power is water/ice. You should look it up sometime, it's a cute show. The three become very best friends.

Wedding Peach also has three main girl characters. Peach, Daisy, and Lily. They have these transformation sequences and you can alternate between their wedding dresses/awesome fight outfits if you'd like.

Petite Princess Yucie might also be something you could look into. It's a really cutesy show, though.

Even though it's not an anime, it's a recognized show by those who watched Cartoon Network. Totally Spies! Three best friend characters who are spies.
