As funny and weird as it sounds, it is true. I have a Nanday Conure, and let him out every day. I have a 10 gallon planted aquarium with a betta in it, and my bird poops in it. There is a really small hole, just where the filter is, and this is where he always takes a dump. I didn't notice it for awhile,as it is behind a piece of driftwood, but when I saw it, I got as much as I could out, but it broke, and I couldn't get all of it out (sorry for such vivid detail lol) Some statistics about my aquarium
Planted
box filter w/ filter floss, and carbon
78* F
I don't know if it makes any difference any of that, but will my aquarium be ok? I figured any toxins in the poop will be either sucked up in the filter cabon, or "ate" by the plants, like a fertilizer. Will it be ok?
Thanks,
