Is limewire pirate edition safe?

I've heard about limewire pirate edition and im pretty excited because limewire was awesome. So when it shut down I was bummed. Is the pirate edition safe? And if so what's the website to download it? Thanks!

A lot of people say it's not, but I hear a lot say it's 100% safe. You can only find out by trying it out.
Personally, you can't trust sites that have the word FREE in them.
