How can i press the hold key to use in call functions on samsung?

When i call from my samsung touch phone then i can't open nothing on my phone because its lock...!

I see this options

"press the hold key to use in call functions"

how can i do it ??

hi , the hold key is on the right edige of the phone , with a "lock" symbol. Press the key , for a longer period ( 2 seconds ) to use the in -call menu features.

Me too had some many issues with this making text bigger etc instruction book is rubbish

when i call my touch mobile i could not able to press loud speaker because the press the hold key use to call function how to rectify the problem
