I have worked at the same factory for 15 years and suffered through carpal tunnel as a result. The work load became so tremendous that I was not physically capable of doing everything that they ask me. I quit and had 3 weeks of vacation pay that was refused to me. The owner said that the 3 weeks was to be "earned" over the year, yet there have already been a few others who took were granted their vacation pay. Is it legal to deny me my vacation pay?
