I've been with my boyfriend for 2 years now. I'm 18 and he is soon to be 19. We have a very strong, healthy relationship.
He is just finishing up with Diving school and will soon be heading down to Louisiana (where I will go with him after completing Beauty school, which takes a year here in Seattle) for a permanent living situation. Now if that doesn't already make it difficult.. He will also be sent out to work in the middle of the ocean which can be up to 3 months at a time.. depending on the job. Which means no communication for 3 months if that incident occurred.
My question is what can I do to ease his fear, or make this work for 1 year. He has had a lot of worries about being there for me over the year and he doesn't want me getting hurt.. I'm a strong independent girl. But I do understand his concern. Help me!
P.S. Breaking up really isn't an option
