You should tell him how you feel but choose your words carefully as he hasn't actually done anything wrong and through back in your face that most girl would love an affectionate guy. Tell him you love him very much but somethings should just be intimate and just be between the two of you though you appreciate how loving he is, you don't like the attention. Good luck.
