Okay first off can you rate and possible fix my deck (plz note I bought 2 Machina Mayhem structure decks and 1 extra gearframe and 1 extra fortress. the rest of my cards I bought seperately)

7 tools of the bandit (only running 1 right now, but idk if i should run another)

(plz dont tell me to add outrageous cards like Pot of Duality or Solemn, because they are to expensive)
(keep in mind I want to stick to 40 cards only)



ALSO, what tier are Machina gadgets right now AND what tier do you think they will be after the next banlist?

Will this deck be competitive enough to use in a local tournament? why or why not?
