the headlight on the driver side of my acura is out. looking at the back of the housing unit i see that the rear of the unit is blocked by the coolant reservoir. please tell me i dont have to remove this to be able change my headlight.

If you vehicle has the HID (high intensity discharge) lighting option on your TL then the complete front bumper cover assembly has to be removed in order to access the retaining bolts for the headlight assembly!

Maybe taking out the overflow bottle isn't so bad after all. Check Chilton's Auto Repair manual first. I can't believe you'd have to remove the headlight assembly to get to the bulbs.
