Bluetooth software Setup installation error ('setup.exe')?

This error pops up every time I start my computer and refuses to go away no matter how many times I press the cancel button.
I was wondering how to get rid of these notices? They inhibit me from shutting down my computer and get in the way of other applications.
I don't want to know how to re-install the Bluetooth function, I just want to know how to get rid of the notices.
If anyone could shed some light on the situation, I would greatly appreciate it. :-D
