I have all the drivers, but they want me to turn it on through the bios, which I cannot find the wireless button in.

It only stands to reason bluetooth doesn't work! The 530 series do NOT have bluetooth hardware. You can load drivers till hell freezes over but if it aint got a bluetooth chip, it aint got bluetooth
