How can i make the bit torrent run at high speed? I keep getting an Yellow symbol in the bottom right corner. Sometime it turns back to green, but never for more than an hour. Also sometimes it red and says not connectable. Is there anything i can do?

Its very easy you will have to increase your system's bandwidth which is reserved go to Freev and read the article on how to increase the internet speed.
