so i called about 40 minutes ago to port my number to virgin mobile and he told me to just turn off the virgin mobile phone and let it charge fully(because it a new phone) and when i start if up i'm going to get a text saying the port was successful
well my phone is fully charged and i still haven't got a text
but they did disconnect my verizon phone already so that means that Virgin mobile already called verizon.
soo i dont know what to do anymore?
