    best way to cook thick pork chops?

    Edit:
    found out it's actually sliced porkloin

    (I don't eat meat but my mom wants to know)

    i baked them . season real good

    Put Garlic, salt and pepper, or your favorite meat seasoning, brown on all sides, place in oven with chicken broth or white wine ( about 1 cup) cook for about 1 hour. They will be very moist and tender.

    Honey Roasted Pork Loin
    | 55 min | 10 min prep | SERVES 4

    Ingredients
    2 lbs pork loin (boneless)
    to taste salt and pepper
    1/4 cup honey
    2 tablespoons orange juice
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    1/2 cup chicken broth


    Directions
    1Preheat the oven to 375.
    2Season the pork and place in a roasting pan.
    3In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, juice, oil and thyme.

    4Pour over the pork.
    5Add the broth to the pan.
    6Bake until internal temperature reaches 150 (45-60 minutes).
    7Baste frequently.
    8Strain the pan juices into a saucepan.
    9Reduce until slightly thickened.
    10Serve over the sliced pork
