I'm getting one of these phones, I like them both. but the OS on the HTC intrigues me (that means i like it more than the other one lol) and the hardware in the Nokia n8 is spectacular, but heres a decisive fact, the htc phone is sold by a guy that doesn't have a shop (he sells it on a page called mercadolibre.com thats like ebay, but we have to meet in person it's not dangerous or anything), and if the phone breaks then i have to contact him, and I don't know him that well to pay that amount of money and his reputation on the web page is on 0, thats because he has sold 3 phones yet.
Instead the Nokia phone would be brought directly from a store, it has 1 year of warranty and if the phone breaks in 3 months they'll give me another one (thats so awesome because over here [in costa rica] the warranties are not the best thing, compared to the US warranty they usually just send it for repair they don't give us a replacement)
so I need help choosing one, I love the camera on the n8, and the OS and the zune and xbox apps on the windows phone, so yeah ... please help?
