I'm converting files from .vob to .mp4 using SUPER video converter. Please guide me to find the best settings for video and audio 'cause I always get 'choppy' video and slow audio whenever I do convert.

If you think there's a better way (other extensions, a good video converter, etc.) to do so, please suggest! Thanks in advance!
