Is it normal for steam to come out of my vent on my roof when I have the dryer going?

I don't see it on my neighbors roofs and worries me when I see the steam coming out. It only happens when I have the dryer going?

That's completely normal. Your neighbors probably have their dryer vents coming out somewhere where you don't see them.

The hot, humid air for your dryer needs to be vented as steam.

In cold weather it's normal,it's the warm air meeting the cold air. It's really just water vapor.
