    nicotine from black and milds?

    ok so iv been smoking black and milds and cigarillos for about a month and im still not addicted. also are you supposed to inhale black and milds? and if you dont can u still get a buzz and get addicted? just need some info

    Yes, cigars have nicotine. Stop smoking them immediately. If you say no or that you'll quit later, then you are already hooked.

    You are suppose to taste the black and milds in ur mouth, not really suppose to inhale it them like cigarettes. But a lot of people inhale a few drags to feel the tobacco more, but if you keep inhaling each one like a cigarette, it will mess up ur lungs pretty badly
