!!!Any exercise DVD that doesn't require equipment?

Hey can you recommend any great exercise DVDs that does NOT require equipment (swiss ball, weights..)????

I am a full time student with a very busy schedule so I'm planning on using the DVD maybe once or twice a week only so it'd be great if the workout is a little more on the extreme side. I'm a female, average weight, used to play sports in high school, but in college I am busy hitting the books and eating late at night rather than working out on my own so I need something to motivate me.

I don't want dvds that require dumbells or other equipment, just all body power lol.

    Thanks!

Zumba is a great workout and a lot of fun. Billy Blanks Taebo is terrific, too. Some of them require resistance bands, some of them don't, so check out the back and make sure. Jillian Michaels has a few DVDs that just use your body strength too. She's insane, and she gets results.
