...phones ? Some stuff is happening now in my country and the gov. is blocking stuff like twitter & live streaming sites

I can access them from my PC using Hotspot Sheild (and adblock plus to block the ads)

Is there anything like that for Symbian (Nokia N97) so i can just turn on and browse blocked websites ?
I need to access social sites as well as stream videos from my mobile on ustream.tv

I will use a wireless connection and i need a free program for my Symbian

(Please no free-proxy websites as i tried the ones they post and didn't work at all)
