On my new cell phone I just got it says Mobile-Private or Landline Private.?

Which phone do you have? The reason I ask is because I might be able to walk you through the process. I have had several Samsung phones where you could switch the setting to show your number, which would display your number on home and mobile numbers. Look in your settings on your phone to see if there is something on there like that.
