What is 8-way power driver's seat? Mazda CX-7?

I don't understand, how can a seat move 8 ways? Also, does anyone have any additional information about what exactly all this stuff below really means? I wish Mazda showed a comprehensive description of all this stuff.

    Convenience Package
    - Power sliding-glass moonroof with one-touch-open feature and interior sunshade
    - Automatic climate control with pollen filter
    - 8-way power driver's seat

    - Heated front seats
    - Multi-Information Display (MID) with back-up camera
