Today, I began the process of switching my cell number from Sprint to Virgin Mobile. I believe that succeeded; as my new Samsung Intercept indicates that the number transferred. The problem is, I'm trying to activate the phone so it can WORK. I purchased the $25/mo. top-up card for the Beyond Talk Plan, and received a receipt of that on my phone. I pressed "activate now" and followed the prompt to restart, but nothing is happening.
I can't make or receive calls. I would rather not wait until the call centers open; as I am busy in the morning and really would not like to go without a phone for too long.

Any immediate help would be appreciated.
