How do i get past the MobileMe page when syncing an iPad with iTunes?

I keep trying to sync my iPad with iTunes but the MobileMe option to get "Find My iPhone/Pod/Pad" won't go away! i click on all the options given which are "Learn More", "Not Now", "Find My iPhone/Pod/Pad" and none of the link will work. i have the 64-bit version of iTunes 10.1.1 installed in my Windows Vista computer. Please help! i tried the support page from Apple but nothing works.
