im 18 years old and dnt have my license. im afraid of driving. im capable of driving. i have driven before but i get very nervous. also, i cant park very well but im assuming its frm lack of practice.
what can i do to ease the fear?
also, my father got me a car for my 16th birthday and i went ahead and got my permit. the car is sitting in his driveway uninsured, unregistered, and uninspected. (hes a mechanic and fixed it himself. it isnt an old car either, mercury cougar) my mother agreed to add me to her insurance if i paid the difference.
the car is in nw york state, i live in pennsylvania. getting the car to me is not a problem with dealer license plates.
is it cheaper to register/inspect it for new york state or pennsylvania?
how do i go about insuring/registering/inspecting the car?
