nokia n8 can function on the following frequencies (taken from wiki)

Automatic switching between WCDMA & GSM bands
China Unicom provides 3g on WCDMA frequencies i have heard
and
China telecom provides 3g on CDMA 1x EV-DO.

This means that with the nokia's specs and if I want to be on the 3g network i should opt for getting an SIM from China Unicom, correct? Please no smarta$$ answers.
