So im trying to make a theme for my phone right? But i want my wallpaper for my phone be animated.

So I download a photo thats animated, then i put it on, but when i put it on the photo doesnt move. And all the other themes that i downloaded for my phone have moving wallpapers or whatever. :\ help?
