How can you unlock the iPhone 4 that is on the 3 Network?

I know there is a way, it used to mention it on their site, but for the life of me I cannot find it anymore. I know they can because according to the apple site they are authorised to make iPhone unlocks. So does anyone know how to unlock the iPhone 4 on the 3 network, also also if you know how much it will cost. I am on a 24 month contract, so will not be going anywhere but would like to have my iphone unlocked anyway if you know what I mean

Before anyone wants to tell me to jailbreak, that is one thing I will not do, it is still under warranty and intend it to stay that way. Thanks.
