Can I keep my cell phone number if I change my carrier from Fido to Rogers?

I want to change my carrier from Fido to Rogers. I was wondering if I could keep the same cell phone number but still be Rogers. My phone is prepaid/Pay as you go.

If you want to change another network but keep same number means,First you will do Number portability.After getting your new sim card,Make sure your phone is unlocked one.If it's restricted by single network means,try to unlock your mobile before swap your sim.For unlocking visit ProUnlocking.com
