I wanna buy some gadgets for personal use on ebay US although I live in Paris.
Before receiving the packages, how many percent of import/customs duty(on the price of the gadgets) will I have to pay?
Will the customs department calculate the duty on the actual price only? Or, the total price(actual+shipping) is subjected to duty?
