How to decorate my iPod Case & Cell phone?

I have a white iPod Classic with a black leather flip case. I want to decorate it, but nothing perminante. I really want it to be cute. Also, I have a Nextel i670 and I want to decorate it to make it cute but I don't want anything perminant. I am willing to spend $15 and am going to Target and CVS on Thursday. What can I get there for under $15 to decorate my phone & iPod case? Pictures (like of the decorating idea) and links (like to the store) would be great!

Well you should buy sparkles and glue and go to the bead or small plastic things to stick on the phone case and pre plan before like draw a layout of the iPod or phone
