Okay so this is going to sound really vague but I'm really trying to find what this movie is!

So I'm pretty sure it's based around christmas, and its in cartoon. There are a bunch of kids in a house and one little girl is in a wheelchair (I think), something happens and they all go on some sort of adventure (maybe with a snowman) to a castle or something, where they have to face some evil guy, and then eventually they get back home and it's all happily ever after etc I think. So I think it's made in the 1990s. Definitely before 2000. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
