i weigh 62kg and im joining a gym as a start of 2011 goal big step yes i know. when i got to the gym i want a fitness programme without playing extra for a person telling me what to do. as i have a limited budget. im planning on going 3 times a week (monday , wednesday, friday). i am aiming on losing weight off my stomach , ''love handles'', and also thighs. the machines im planning on using the tredmill, cross trainer and possibly weights to tone my arms. i want to spend at least 3 hours at the gym, but as im a beginer, i may not be able to achieve this as im quite unfit. can you please help me divide my choices for working out into a fitness program?
