Should smoking be banned and only allowed in one's home and car?

I say yes because I just studied a case that showed that exposing children to secondhand smoke makes children highly prone to develop ADHD. It also over produces mucus in the lungs that can trigger an asthma attack, and secondhand smoke is more harmful.

Plus does a smoker really have the right to choose that they can expose this to other people? Is that really fair to put your child at risk? Or friends/ family?
why or why not?
