HOW TO PULL AN ALL NIGHTER? PLEASE HELP! THANKS IN ADVANCE!?

I have a major test coming up and I'm running out of time.
Please suggest how I can have an effective study session at night (I have stayed awake quite many times for studying but i was quite relaxed then because I had the choice of going to sleep anytime I wanted, right now I dont )
PLEASE don't suggest me the following :
    1) "listen to music"
    2) "DON'T stay awake,it's not good for your health, etc etc."
This is important plus I have seen many college students do it too

    PLEASE ANSWER ASAP!

    Need genuine answers.Please don't post rude/irrelevant answers.
Err...I need suggestions for having an 'effective' study session at night. Most of these answers are for 'how to stay awake' .I dont have any problem staying awake...it's the studying part that makes me want to go back to sleep.I'm freaking out!
Oh nice, got a few more good answers!

Ok I pull allnighters all the time. I just drink a couple of 5 Hour Energy drinks and If I don't have any I watch tv (NOT LAYING DOWN!) And I normally have allnighters with my friend when I spend the night at her house or she spends the nights at my house.

i KNOW you said not to say it, but you shouldnt stay up!

BUT, caffinated green tea will keep you pretty stable, and not give you the jitters like energy drinks. Also, vitamin b12 will increase your metabolism, thus giving you more energy. Snack on fruits like apples(equivilent energy as 1 cup of coffee) all night, and stay away from salty or sugary foods, they will cause you to crash.

Also, every once in a while, take a short break, do a few stretches, yoga poses, jumping jacks, or take a short and quick walk. This will pump your energy up when you start feeling sleepy

I definately suggest a more natural way, because many of the energy drinks and such will have you feeling like CRAP when it comes time for your test.

    Good luck
