Why doesnt myxer work for my samsung instinct? :(((?

it downloeds the ringtone but when i try to click the download it wont do anything. i search them on my phones internet cause i have no computer.

also, when i get on a computer and send the li k to my phone, i open the page on my phone and it says ''blah blah error blahh''
and it wont download.

does anyone know why? or how i can change this??
