Type in your city, state, and news topix.

For example: Tacoma, WA news topix (in your search engine)

Then click onto the first site that comes up.

If you google the company's name (and use some words of complaint in your search) I'm pretty sure you'll find a blog/forum with discussions from people who have the same problem as you with this company. I'm pretty sure you 're not the only one who's so upset with this particular company. Whatever that company did to make you so frustrated, it must have done to other people as well.

Try Complaints.com as a start. From looking at the site, they let you express your frustration, and have the business a chance to reply as well to try to make amends.
