    bell canada has been charging us(since december) an extra $30 on top of...

    ...our fixed monthly plan? they said we exceed bandwidth usage. we're only supposed to use up to 60gb, but how would we know that????and what are the things or that eats up to 60gb?does pictures sent in the internet counts too, i dont really understand how this works.pls enlighten me.thanks

    aww yes Ma Bell how we love her

    & how she loves to rip us off
    they are notorious for sneaking in extra;s I can;t tell you how many times I have fought with them & never won
    call the customer service & tell them how to prevent the extra bandwith usage & how to stop it etc etc
