Where to buy Beauty & the Beast - Chip Cup?

I've been seeing these ADORABLE little plastic teacup in the shape of Chip from Beauty and the Beast. Do any of you know where I can buy one?
I've already searched the Disney store but maybe I missed it...

I want a DRINKABLE cup, not a plush toy! Oh & also I don't want it from Ebay! I want it to be NEW
