I AM A 48 YEAR OLD MALE 6 FOOT 280 IBS,I DONT HAVE MUCH TIME TO TRAIN WORKING 2 JOBS AND RAISING 2 BOYS, I HAVE A STATIONARY BIKE AND HERD ABOUT THIS PROGRAM CALLED HIIT, THAT YOU CAN GET GOOD RESULTS ON AT HALF THE TIME WHICH WOULD WORK GOOD INTO MY SCHEDULE I ONLY HAVE 30 MINUTES IN THE MORNING AND ABOUT 30 MINUTES IN THE EVENING, MY QUESTION IS, WHAT IS A GOOD STATIONARY BIKE HIIT PROGRAM FOR 2 30 MINUTE SESSIONS? AND SHOULD I DO THIS EVERY DAY OR EVERY OTHER DAY? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED, I WANT TO LIVE TO SEE MY BOYS GROW UP.
