You wouldnt get in trouble anyway, torrents work because even if people are getting caught, its the tiniest proportion of people you have ever seen.

Technically it's a nono, but as long as you have a legitimate license key, no one is going to care. Just be sure to get the exact version you need, ie, Home Premium, retail.

I believe you can download it direct from Microsoft. You will need your product key to activate it though.

Unless you can produce the CD Key, it is illegal. Original packaging is only good if it has the CD Key. Not 100% on this, but I would assume it to be fine, given you have the product packaging and code.
