    Hillary or McCain because Obama would lose nearly the entire Black Vote due to a low average IQ. There is a large wealth-IQ correlation so it would probably be wealthy republicans vs. Starbucks Democrats.

    It would depend on whether or not the same criteria would be required for the candidates to possess the same. Otherwise with the current candidates it would be McCain.
