Olvis immigration and travel services ? any body used or heard of them?

hi, i came across this company while searching about visa for my philippino wife to enter uk ? i just wondered if any body has used or heard of this company, they are philippine and usa based, main office is in cebu, reason for asking is i know how easy it is to be part of a scam in the phills, any reply regarding this company would be grateful, no jokers please ! just real answers thanks & god bless
