Can I buy a phone from AT&T Non Contract and Use it on the Rogers Network in Canada?

I'm thinking about purchasing a new HTC Phone at AT&T in the states. Since they have sim Cards, can I purchase the phone in the states and then put my sim card into it and use it in Canada on the Rogers Wireless Network.

You need to Unlock the HTC Phone from network lock to use with other GSM Network Sim card....You can get the Unlock code from the site Onlinegsmunlock.com/supported-phones/rs7wp7/ and Unlock it easily...
