...regime/diet sufficient? I'm on the skinny side and would like to gain more muscle.
For my exercise regime, I jog about 3km (~2miles) on weekdays, giving myself a rest on weekends, and I do weights, lunges, burpees and other general calisthenics for about an hour every day. I haven't modified my diet much; two meals - lunch and dinner, with quite balanced amounts of carbs and proteins in them.

Would I need to supplement my exercise regime with anything else, or include protein shakes/more meat in my diet?
